Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations and changes to bookings can be made up to 21 days  prior to arrival at the hotel without penalty free.  Cancellations can be made by email to anesmalt@otenet.gr from the address used at the time of booking.

All email cancellations will receive a cancellation confirmation reply from The Irini Aparments Keramoti Hotel. This cancellation form will serve as proof of cancellation in case of dispute. If you have not received this reply, your booking has not been cancelled.
